August 10 Monday 9th & Monday 23rd - Fieldcraft at Gosforth Park, directions at the bottom Thursday 12th to Monday 16th - Unit Stand Down Directions to the GPTA - head through Gosforth Park towards Peter Barratts right at the end, then turn right through a green gate on the right hand side of the road along a track opposite a house Alternatively drive to Peter Barratts and keep going, turn right into Gosforth Park and then immediately next left through the green gate along a track

The Air Cadets is a thriving organisation with more than 60,000 cadets, staff and civilian committee members. There are literally hundreds of activities you can get involved in including flying, gliding, adventure training, target rifle shooting, sports, academic training, fundraising, radio communications and many more. We also offer opportunities to spend time at RAF bases both in the UK and abroad and take part in Air Experience flights involving flying in RAF aircraft.

1114 (Gosforth) Squadron is open to all young people aged 13-19. Our headquarters are based at the RFCA Centre, Knightsbridge, Gosforth. We parade (meet) twice a week on a Monday and a Thursday from 19:00 until 21:30. If you like what you see on this website, please dont be shy...we all know what it felt like on our first night! Feel free to drop in and see what it is all about for yourself.

We are always looking for new members so I would encourage anyone who wants to meet new people, tackle new experiences and above all challenge themselves to come along to one of our parade nights.
